Paul founded the firm in 1994 and has been practicing in public accounting since 1987. Paul is a tax specialist and provides businesses and individuals with strategic tax planning and consulting services. Paul also provides clients with accounting, auditing, valuation and litigation support services.
With his diverse tax, financial and business background, Paul provides many of his clients with consulting services in areas of business planning, mergers and acquisitions, entity selection, budgeting and projections, cash flow management, bank financing, personnel and hiring. In addition, Paul has chaired several seminars on topics of accounting, tax and business planning.

Dave has been a member of the firm since inception and has been practicing in public accounting since 1991. Dave is the partner in charge of the tax department of the firm. He has experience in all areas of federal and multi-state taxation and is responsible for ensuring that the firm and its clients remain on the forefront of tax legislation.
As a trusted advisor, Dave also provides his clients with consulting services in all areas of business and finance including financial projections and initial funding assistance for many of his start-up clients. Dave has extensive experience servicing technology, life sciences and distribution sector clients as well as many other industries serviced by the firm.

John F. Rizzo, CPA

John joined the firm in 2002 and has been providing accounting services since 1987. John is the partner in charge of the accounting and auditing department of the firm. He is responsible for ensuring quality control on all attest engagements and financial statements issued by the firm.
With his strong accounting and financial background in both the public and private sector, John provides his clients with business consulting services in all areas of internal accounting and financial management. John has extensive experience servicing manufacturing, gaming, entertainment, retail, construction, and non-profit organizations as well as all other industries serviced by the firm.
