Jill E. Libby, CPA Manager
	Jill has been with Costantino Richards Rizzo, LLP since 1998 and has over 13 years of public accounting experience as well as 3 years of accounting experience in the private sector. Jill has gained a wide variety of experience including auditing and performing other consulting services for non-profit organizations. She also has experience providing accounting, auditing, tax and consulting services to many individuals, businesses and organizations in a diverse range of industries.
	Jill was educated at Syracuse University in Syracuse, New York where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the University’s School of Management. She triple-majored in Accounting, Management Information Systems (MIS) and Law & Public Policy. Jill is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
