Karen Brooks is a Tax Manager at Costantino Richards Rizzo, LLP.  Karen has been a member of our firm since August of 2005.  Karen received her Masters of Science in Taxation from Bryant College in 1987.  She also received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Bryant College in 1983.  Karen has worked in public accounting for the past 12 years.  She is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Karen services Individuals, Corporations and Partnerships in the areas of income tax, corporate excise tax, franchise tax, payroll tax, sales and use tax and other various business taxes. Karen specializes in the area of multi state taxation and she is also responsible for performing extensive tax research.
