Keith joined the firm in 2004 and has been practicing in public accounting since 1994.  Keith obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Salem State College.  He is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. 

Keith has extensive experience in all areas of audit and attest functions including employee benefit plans, as well as experience in corporate and individual income taxation.  Keith is responsible for providing compilation, review and audit services for numerous clients across a multitude of industries.  In addition, he provides business valuation, accounting, taxation and consulting services.

Keith manages the construction industry niche service group at the firm.  He services many general and specialty trade contractors.  Keith is a member of the BDO Seidman Construction Group and the Associated Subcontractors of Massachusetts.  Keith is responsible for ensuring the firm stays in the forefront of accounting, tax and business trends in the construction industry.

With over 14 years of accounting experience, Rich provides a full range of accounting, financial statement assurance, corporate tax, individual tax and general business consulting services to a variety of closely held businesses of varying sizes and complexities.  He also performs employee benefit plan audits and works closely with clients on various accounting, tax planning and compliance needs.  Prior to joining Costantino Richard Rizzo, LLP, Rich was a Principal at Cowan Bolduc Doherty LLC.

Rich manages the accounting and audit department of the firm and is responsible for ensuring that the firm stays up to date on the latest accounting and auditing technical pronouncements.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.  He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell. 

Karen Hanley has been a tax manager at Costantino Richards Rizzo, LLP since February 1998.  Karen’s areas of expertise include individual and multi-state corporate income tax as well as small business accounting.  She specializes in preparing federal and state tax returns including consolidated tax returns, calculating quarterly state tax estimates and preparing monthly financial statements for our large corporate clients.

Prior to working at our firm, she worked in the private sector as a senior accountant and financial operations manager and for Ernst & Young in their internal audit department.  Karen received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Stonehill College.  She is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Jill has been with Costantino Richards Rizzo, LLP since 1998 and has over 15 years of public accounting experience as well as 3 years of accounting experience in the private sector.  She has extensive experience providing accounting, auditing, tax and consulting services to many individuals, businesses and organizations in a diverse range of industries.  She also has a wide variety of experience providing auditing and consulting services to non-profit organizations.  Jill focuses on helping clients achieve business success by helping them establish practical and sound tax and financial processes.  She is committed to delivering tax, accounting and consulting services that meet each client’s unique objectives.  In addition, Jill is the QuickBooks go-to person for the firm’s small business clients.

Jill manages the law firm niche area at CRR.  She services many multi-partner and sole proprietor law firms with their IOLTA account management, internal accounting, tax and business management needs.  Jill presents seminars at the MCLE in Boston on topics of law firm accounting and tax matters.

Jill was educated at Syracuse University in Syracuse, New York where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the University’s School of Management.  She triple-majored in Accounting, Management Information Systems (MIS) and Law & Public Policy.  Jill is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Greg is a manager in the firm's small business enterprise practice.  He has over 17 years of experience in the family owned, owner operated business environment.  He provides financial statement, tax and management advisory services to a diverse client base in various industries.  Greg works directly with the management and principal owners of closely held businesses to develop a customized tax minimization strategy, consults on accounting software implementation and internal control matters.  Greg started his career in public accounting as an audit and tax associate at KPMG Peat Marwick.  Prior to joining the firm, Greg was a manager at Vitale Caturano and Company.

Greg was educated at Northeastern University where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and Management.  Greg is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Tom is a tax manager at Costantino Richards Rizzo, LLP and has been a member of our firm since November 2007.  He has over 15 years of accounting and tax experience which he utilizes continuously with our clients.  He is responsible for providing tax consulting and compliance services to business clients and high net worth individuals.  Tom services a wide range of corporate engagements in various industries including manufacturing, software development, construction, real estate and legal and professional services.  He also consults in the area of mergers and acquisitions.

Tom manages the tax department of the firm and is responsible for ensuring that the firm stays up to date on the latest tax law changes and strategic tax planning opportunities.  He graduated from Merrimack College in 1997 with his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.  Tom is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Scott has over 14 years of experience serving clients in various industries including software, clean-tech, manufacturing and distribution, as well as various non-profit entities. Scott has significant experience with complex revenue recognition models, business combinations, stock based compensation and equity transactions. Additionally, he has extensive experience in corporate and individual income taxation. Scott is a CPA in the state of Massachusetts and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants. Prior to joining Costantino Richards Rizzo, LLP, Scott was a Senior Manager at Deloitte & Touche working with privately held emerging growth companies at the Deloitte Tech-Venture Center in Waltham, MA.

Scott serves as the Vice President of the board of trustees of Bishop Fenwick High School, a Catholic co-educational college preparatory school located in Peabody, MA. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Gordon College.

Nichole Feldberg is a supervisor at Costantino Richards Rizzo, LLP and has been with the Firm since 2002.  Prior to joining the firm she was an auditor at Arthur Andersen, LLP.  While employed at Costantino Richards Rizzo, LLP, she has provided a wide variety of accounting, auditing, tax, Sarbanes-Oxley and consulting services to clients in a diverse range of industries.  Nichole services our large corporate clients with their financial statement audit, 401k audit, internal controls and accounting department support service needs.

Nichole earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Accounting at Boston College in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts where she graduated Summa Cum-Laude.  Nichole is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Nathan Isabelle has been at Costantino Richards Rizzo, LLP since 2008 and has been practicing in public accounting since 2006.  Nate has a strong background in preparing individual and small business tax returns as well as large corporate and partnership tax returns.  He is a multi-state and consolidated tax filings specialist at the firm.  Nate also provides accounting and auditing services to CRR and BDO clients.

Nate received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the University of Southern Maine.  He is currently focused on obtaining his CPA license and is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.

John joined Costantino Richards Rizzo, LLP in February of 2006 and has been an accountant since 2004.  His areas of expertise include individual and business tax returns, financial statement audits and reviews, accounting department support solutions and Sarbanes Oxley internal controls testing.  John services many of his CRR and BDO clients onsite and is considered an integral part of their organizations.

John graduated from Merrimack College in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, and he is currently pursuing his Master of Science degree in Accounting.  John is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.  He is preparing for his CPA license.

Jill is a Supervisor at Costantino Richards Rizzo, LLP and has been practicing in public accounting since 2004.  She provides accounting, auditing, tax and business consulting services to many businesses and organizations in a diverse range of industries.  Jill is a go-to person at the firm for complex tax projects.  She is also very hands-on with her clients on managing their accounting needs and providing onsite support solutions. 

She graduated from Providence College in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.  Jill is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Greg is a Senior Accountant at Costantino Richards Rizzo, LLP and has been practicing in public accounting since 2006.  His experience includes corporate audit and attest engagements, employee benefit plan audits, corporate and individual tax returns, as well as consulting and litigation support services.  Greg provides audit, attest and forensic accounting services for several CRR and BDO clients. 

Greg graduated from Bentley College in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.  He is enrolled in the Salem State University MBA program with a concentration in financial planning.  He is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants. Greg is also a Certified Fraud Examiner and member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

Michael Harlow, CPA, MST, is a staff accountant at Costantino Richards Rizzo, LLP and has been practicing in public accounting since 2007.  His experience includes individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns, tax research and Sarbanes Oxley testing.  He has experience with auditing in the real estate and venture capital industries.  In addition he also provides services to BDO Clients. 

Mike graduated from Bentley University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and obtained his Master of Science degree in Taxation from Northeastern University in 2010.  He is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Mark Tassinari Jr., is a staff accountant at Costantino Richards Rizzo, LLP and has been practicing in public accounting since 2009.  His experience includes individual, corporate, partnership and non profit tax returns.  He also provides consulting services in the gaming and technology industries.  In addition to CRR clients, Mark provides audit and accounting services to BDO clients.

Mark graduated from Northeastern University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.  He is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants and is currently focusing on getting his CPA license.

Peter is a staff accountant at Costantino Richards Rizzo, LLP and has been practicing in public accounting since 2011.  Prior to joining CRR Peter was a staff accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers.  His experience includes individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns.  In addition, he has experience with auditing in the life insurance industry.

Peter graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 2010 where he graduated Summa Cum-Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and obtained his Master of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 2011.  Peter is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants. 

Thomas J. Demmer, CPA, is a staff accountant at Costantino Richards Rizzo, LLP and has been practicing in public accounting since 2010. His experiences include corporate audit and attest engagements, non - profits and employee benefit plan audits.

Thomas graduated from the State University of New York at Fredonia in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. He is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants and is licensed as a CPA in New York State.

Casey Ferrioli is the office manager at Costantino Richards Rizzo, LLP and has been employed with the firm since 2004.  She has worked in the accounting field for over 10 years.  Casey oversees all of the human resources, financial, information technology, scheduling and general office needs of the firm.

Casey graduated from Salem State College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.  She is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants where she serves on the Employee Benefits Committee.

Amanda Grybko joined the firm in January of 2012.  She is a member of the administrative team, supporting the staff in various areas while also working on firm marketing initiatives.  Prior to joining CRR she spent two and half years working as a project assistant where she assisted a team of attorneys at a law firm in Washington, DC.

Amanda graduated from Seton Hall University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science.  Amanda is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Elaine Rappoli joined the firm in 2003 as our receptionist and a member of our administrative team.  She has extensive administrative experience and provides assistance to our clients and supports the staff of CRR in a variety of tasks.

Elaine attended Hickox Secretarial School.  She is a member of the American Society of Administrative Professionals and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.
